How we handle your data

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation or business name, and a description of what you're trying to solve. You can optionally tell us which area or package interests you. That's the minimum we need to understand your enquiry and get back to you.

How it's handled

Your submission is relayed by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, straight to our team. We do not store submissions in a database or file store — once the email is sent, we don't keep a separate copy on our servers. Our server logs never contain the full contents of what you've submitted. Resend, as the service that delivers the email, may itself retain a copy under its own privacy policy — that's their retention, not something we control or extend.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics that capture personal data. We don't run a third-party analytics or advertising SDK, and nothing we log includes personal information. Like any web host, our hosting provider keeps baseline request logs (such as IP address) for operational and security purposes — these aren't used for tracking or profiling.
